At BIWS, our work goes beyond providing shelter. We focus on administration that ensures smooth daily operations, proper documentation, and a welcoming environment for visitors, donors, and families who come to support our cause.

I have had the privilege of witnessing the growth of our Girls Campus from its early days to the thriving home it is today for 90 orphan girls. Every child who walks through our doors brings a story of hope, and it is our duty to nurture that hope into a bright future.

Our administration team works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that every process — from admissions to visitor coordination — runs smoothly and transparently. We believe that efficient management is the backbone of impactful humanitarian work.
